A fictional correspondence told through collected ephemera.

Collected ephemera (digitally and physically) and reproduced through drawing onto textured polyester film. These drawings were then turned into screenprints, cut out, and then hand colored. The book form of the pockets (made out of folded glasine) allows for the readers to become an active part of the collection, their interaction giving them the chance to act as the collections keeper. Additionally, the meanings and narrative are derived from the small bits of story found in letters and objects housed in the book’s collection. It tells the story of two women’s relationship told through the letters, photos and objects sent through the mail.
